Breathe offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on products ordered through our website, excluding cartridges and Liquids.
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your Breathe purchase that we will back it up with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price (less shipping, handling, and a 30% restocking fee). No questions asked!
You can request a refund by contacting our Sales Department at email@example.com or 866-237-0006. Please do not ship any returns to us without first contacting our office.
Please Note:This refund offer applies only to kits and accessories. There will be no refunds on cartridges or liquids, under any circumstances. All returned products must be shipped in working condition and in the product's original packaging.
Under the terms of this Limited Warranty, to be eligible for repair or refund by BREATHE, LLC, all returns must be shipped, at the customer’s expense, in protective packaging with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Product Listing Errors
In the event that an Breathe product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Breathe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the state of Maryland U.S.A. You agree that any application actions will be brought under the jurisdiction of Baltimore, Maryland and the any claims or causes of action with regard to the Breathe website must commence within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or be forfeited.
Release and Indemnification
You agree that Breathe may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate your use of the website without prior notice to you for any reason Breathe deems appropriate. You further agree that Breathe will not be liable to you or to any third party for the consequences of any termination of your use of or access to the website.
Cartridges:Due to the strict corporate health policy we have in place for the protection of our customers, cartridges or liquids cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
Batteries:All warranties on Breathe batteries do not cover items that are damaged from dents, impacts, scratches, water damage, overcharging, or through using batteries beyond estimated life expectancy. All batteries are thoroughly inspected before warranty is honored.
Accessories:All products must be free of physical damage in order to be covered by warranty.
This warranty does not cover products that are lost, stolen, or damaged by natural disasters such as flooding, earthquakes, or other acts of God – defined as events outside of human control for which no one can be held responsible.
WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
Please strictly adhere to the following instructions:
Contact us at 866-237-0006 and leave a detailed message, and/or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and a representative will contact you within 24 business hours. Please, do not return a product to BREATHE, LLC without first contacting our office.
Upon speaking with a representative, you will be provided with three options regarding your Breathe product.
1. Keep the damaged product and pay a reduced fee for a replacement product.
2. Have a replacement product shipped to you after explaining, in detail, the issues you are having with the product. Breathe LLC will place a hold on the customer's credit card while the defective product is sent to our office. If it is determined that the product is not covered by the warranty, you will be charged for the full retail price of the product, plus shipping and handling.
3. Return your product to be examined to determine if product damage entitles you to a refund under Breathe Warranty Policy. If it is determined that the product is defective, you will be sent a new product free of charge. Process may take up to (3) three weeks.
If it is determined that you will be returning items to our office, please ship prepaid to BREATHE, LLC. Any and all shipping charges accrued while returning items to BREATHE, LLC will be your responsibility. Please protect the package from loss or damage by adding shipping insurance. BREATHE, LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged products. COD shipments will not be accepted by BREATHE, LLC.
